Prior to joining Probity, Ms. Lynch Rush was Director of Institute Relations at the Gemological Institute of America. Ms. Lynch Rush managed the Institute's successful fundraising efforts with companies throughout the United States and Europe. During her six year tenure she garnered several million dollars in support for the Institute.
Ms. Lynch Rush's career includes Director of Development for California State University San Marcos where she established the first development efforts for a new campus and successfully built and led a department for 8 years raising over $5 million a year in contributions. Prior experience included executive positions within the juvenile and criminal justice system in Denver Colorado from 1979-1991, principal of an alternative high school for inner city delinquent adolescents and special education teacher in New York Public Schools.
