Gerard J. Buckley is responsible for directing worldwide sales and marketing for the World Jewelry Center. Prior to joining Probity, Mr. Buckley was Director of Development at the Gemological Institute of America. Mr. Buckley managed the Institute's successful fundraising efforts with companies in India, Hong Kong, Belgium, London, Dubai, Bangkok as well as in the U.S. He secured numerous corporate commitments including two gifts of over $1 million.
Mr. Buckley's career includes serving as Vice President at the Scripps Health Foundation in La Jolla, California where he worked from 1981 to 1994. While at Scripps, Mr. Buckely was honored in 1990 as Fund Development Person of the Year. In 1994, he launched BUCKLEY Consulting and was recognized as a leading consultant for fundraising and board member development.
